Biography
Dr. B.C. Joshi is aAssistant Professor in Department of Physics & Materials Science & Engineering. Dr. Joshi did his M.Sc. in 2004 as Gold medalist from Kumaun University Nainital. In 2010 he had completed his Ph.D. from Kurukshetra University. He is working on compound semiconductor devices.
