Biography
Dr. Yennamalli completed his PhD in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics in 2008 from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He conducted postdoctoral research at Iowa State University (2009-2011), University of Wisconsin-Madison (2011-2012), and Rice University (2012-2014). Currently he is an Assistant Professor (Grade II) at Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat.
Research Interest
Research Interests Cellulases for biofuel production, thermostability of proteins, Natural Product Biosynthesis, protein-ligand interactions, Elastic Network Models, Gene expression networks Molecular modeling techniques: homology modeling, molecular dynamics simulation (Gromacs, NAMD), molecular docking (AutoDock, DOCK, Gold, FlexX, Glide)
