Amrita Majumdar

Biography

mrita Majumdar is working as a Faculty Associate in the Faculty of Commerce & Management at Jharkhand Rai University. Currently she is pursuing Ph.D in Management. Her area of interest is Organization Behavior, Human Resource Management. She has completed her Post Graduation in Management from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. She had 1 year corporate experience in various profiles of HR and more than 7 years in academics in different Management institutes of West Bengal and Ranchi, teaching various papers in Human Resource Management, General Management and Organization Behavior.

Research Interest

She has presented three (3) papers in International Conferences and two (2) in National Conferences. Apart from these, her research papers had been published in some of the reputed journals. She has attended Four (4) Workshops/Faculty Development Program in different reputed institutes like Indian Institute of Management. Kolkata; Future Business School, Kolkata ; Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad ; Bengal Institute of Technology and Management, Shantiniketan in her career till now. Apart from teaching she is actively associated with the Career Management Cell of Jharkhand Rai University.
