Biography

Ashfaque Alam Presently working as Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Commerce & Management, he has served the Sales and Distribution Industry for almost four years at managerial capacity in automobile and financial sectors. Engaged in the education industry since last six (6)years he has taught at S N Sinha Institute of Business Management, Ranchi & at Ranchi University, Ranchi .He has been awarded Doctorate Degree by Ranchi University, Ranchi (Deptt. Of Commerce & Business Management) in 2012 on the topic “Indian Labor Policy during Planned Economic Development -A Critical Study”. Aslo Qualified UGC NET Exam in June 2013.

Research Interest

Dr. Ashfaque Alam has also presented Twelve (12) papers in International/National conferences and seminars he has also Published Six (6) Research Papers in peer reviewed refereed International Journals ,he is also supervising Five (5) Ph.D Research Scholars at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi.He is also the life member of Ranchi Management Association (R.M.A) under the aegis of All India Management Association (A.I.M.A.).
