Biography

Dr. Leena Shrivastava is presently working as Associate Professor & HOD in the Faculty of Commerce & Management at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. She has qualified UGC-NET in June 2014, holds a PhD. degree, accomplished LLB. degree. Acquired 16+ yrs of experience on a continuous path of professional development in the field of Human Resource Management as a facilitator in Academics (Business schools) as well as in Corporate assignments. She has a corporate experience in reputed organizations like Britannia Industries ltd., Shalimar Paints, Centax publication ltd. and worked as a trainer in the corporate like Asset International, Birsa Seva Sansathan, Jindal Institute of Power Technology, NTPC, JSEB and Medica Hospital. Has been working as academician in Bharti Vidya Bhawan, CMC School of Business, Rai Business School, Delhi, Jindal Institue of Power Technology, MIMT, Sadguru School of Education since last 15 yrs. Apart from teaching she is actively involved in Research and Publication.

Research Interest

Prof. Leena Shrivastava has written a book “Psychology of Success Management” and also published many papers in National and International Refreed Journals and Conferences. She is Associate Editor of Rai Management Journal and also in Editorial board of 2 more journals. She has also attended UGC Refresher course in Commerce and Management conducted by UGC-HRDC, Ranchi University. Besides this she is actively engaged in conducting workshops, seminars and various events in the campus.
