Prashant Jaiwardhan

Biography

Prashant Jaiwardhan is presently working as a Jr. Faculty Associate in the Faculty of Journalism and Mass communication with Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. Currently he is pursuing his Ph.D in Journalism. He has earned three Masters Degrees in Journalism and Mass communication, Human Rights and Hindi. He has attended various International and National seminars and presented his research papers from various research Journals. He has got five years experience in Journalism and has worked with Hindustan, Panchayat Nama, Kashish News and All India Radio, Ranchi. He had 3 years of corporate experience as a Community Journalist with Usha Martin CSR, KGVK

Research Interest

As a Faculty of Journalism he has taught in Markham College of commerce, Hazaribagh; Gossner College, Ranchi. At present, he is the Editor of “UPUL” Research Journal (ISSN 2454-874X) from Ranchi. Apart from teaching he is actively associated with different Media Unions and Human Rights Associations.
