Biography
Prof. Anand K .Halve (born June,1955) completed his B.Sc., (1973), M.Sc., (1975) in Organic Chemistry and Ph.D. from A.P.S University, Rewa (M.P.) in 1979. He then worked in Research & Development Centre of Union Carbide India Limited, Bhopal as Research Scientist till 1987. Prof. Halve was Asst. Prof. of Chemistry in Govt. Colleges of M.P. (1988-1993). He joined the School of Studies in Chemistry, Jiwaji University, Gwalior (M.P.) in Nov. 1993 as a Senior Lecturer. He then became a Reader in 1998 and subsequently selected as Professor in 2006. Prof. Halve has published more than 40 research papers in National and International Journals. He has completed several projects from UGC, ICMR, DRDE and MPCST. He has guided 10 Ph.D. and 13 M.Phil students. Currently, a number of research students are working under his supervision.
Research Interest
His area of research includes development of new Chemotherapeutics and their electrochemical studies.
