Dr.Hemant Sharma (born in May10,1962)did M.Lib.I.Sc, Ph.D from Jiwaji University, Gwalior (M.P.) Presently he is working as Professor and Dean of Arts Faculty,E.C.Member & also Deputy director Distance Education Jiwaji University Gwalior. - 35 Candidates have completed their doctorate under his guidance. currently number of research students are working under his supervision. - He has participated in 39 national and international conferences like. - He was written 06 books and 74 articles in National and International conferences on various aspects of LIS to his credit . He is a Life Member of recognized professional associations including IATLIS,ILA.
