Biography
Dr. Navneet Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering. He did his Masters and Doctorate from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, respectively. Before joining JKLU, Jaipur Dr. Kumar had been associated with K. N. Modi Group of Institution, Modinagar, Raj Kumar Goel Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad and Krishna Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad. In his 11 years teaching and research experience, Dr. Kumar has published four research papers in high repute International journals and Nine research papers in international conferences (SCI impact factor = 5.3, h-index =4 and citation =32). His research papers also received best paper award from MIT, USA and R.G. Educational Society, Rohtak, India. Dr. Kumar is member of IEEE, USA and life member of IWRS, India. He is also the regular reviewer of EPCS Taylor and Francis journal.
Research Interest
His research interest includes Energy Efficiency of Various Electric Drives, Optimal Control of Doubly-Fed Induction Motor and Power-Quality issues in Pumped Storage Hydroelectric Plants.
