Biography
Dr. Punam Mishra is a post-graduate with marketing specialization. She has been awarded Ph.D. from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. She has about 11 years of work experience both in the industry as well as in academics. She has held various administrative positions like Head of the Department (Marketing) and Faculty Coordinator in her academic career. She has presented her research work in number of national and international conferences organized by MDI, BITS, Delhi School of Economics, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Amity University and Universiti Sains Malaysia. She has published various research articles in International and National Journals. She has participated and organized various MDPs, FDPs, seminars, conferences and workshops.
Research Interest
Her area of interest for Research, Training and Consultancy includes Consumer Behavior, Integrated Marketing Communication, Customer Engagement and Retention Strategies, Branding, and Digital Marketing.
