Biography
Dr. Srinivasan V has joined as Assistant Professor in Department of Civil Engineering in the Institute of Engineering & Technology in July 2017. He completed his M. Tech. and PhD both from IIT Kanpur in 2011 and 2017 respectively. His Bachelor's is from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT, Vellore) in 2008. Indubitably, he is a very sincere and dedicated aspirant with excellent academic record in the field of civil engineering.
Research Interest
His major research interests includes: Geotechnical Engineering such as (i) Pluviation and characterization of geomaterials, (ii) Physical and Numerical modeling of geotechnical systems, (iii) Interference analysis of shallow foundations and anchor systems, (iv) Pullout capacity of horizontal and vertical anchor plates (v) Limit analysis, Pseudo-dynamic method and finite difference approach.
