Biography
One of the major challenges facing India today and tomorrow is providing affordable healthcare to millions of unserved and underserved patients. Consider the rapidly changing demographics of an aging population, a growing middle class, the persistence of chronic disease; you can see that the scale and complexity of the challenge is magnified. Even though healthcare is our greatest challenge, it is also the greatest hope for a better future. At Johnson & Johnson Medical India, we are committed to work towards reaching our goal of providing accessible and affordable healthcare for one person at a time. We are constantly looking at creating new models of business and searching for opportunities be it through partnerships or through local R&D to develop products and solutions to reach the needy population not only in tier 1, but also in tier 2 and tier 3 cities of India.
