Biography
Ray Pierson has over 33 years of experience in reservoir simulation. Prior to his work with JTI, he was a key developer of reservoir simulation software used by Phillips Petroleum Company and ConocoPhillips Company. His responsibilities also included maintenance, liaison, documentation, and training for reservoir simulation software and its use. In 1999, Mr. Pierson and his fellow team members were awarded the Phillips Technology Achievement Award for leading-edge, in-house reservoir simulation technology and application to Phillips' oil and gas fields worldwide. He graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Mathematics.
