Biography

Mr. N. Sudarshan Passed LL.M(Criminal Law & Torts) and M.Sc(Botany)in First Division from Osmania University. Did his PG Diploma in Cyber Laws & Intellectual Property Right Laws in distinction from Hyderabad Central University. Cleared UGC’s NET in 2005. Presently, persuing Ph.D (part-time) on the topic“Law relating to Money Laundering in India with special reference to Cyber Money Laundering” from Osmania University. Participated and presented several research Papers in both International and National Seminars. Published several articles in reputed journals. Presently ‘Life Member’ of Indian Society of Criminology, Chennai, and was ‘Associate Member’ of Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi(2009-12). His areas of interest are Criminal Laws and Intellectual Property Laws. Editor for 11 reference/edited books in law(ISBN) published by Icfai University Press(IUP) in 2007-08.One edited book titled, “Religious Freedom and Secularism-Theory and Practice” released by the then Chief Justice of India, Hon’ble Justice K.G.Balakrishnan at New Delhi in May2008. Joined the University service in 2010. Prior to joining KU, worked as ‘Assistant Professor’(through selection committee) in affiliated colleges of Osmania University, i.e,Pendekanti Law College, K.V.Ranga reddy Law College, Hyderabad. He also worked as ‘Consulting Editor’in Law Books Department of Icfai University, Hyderabad for some time. Previously, got selected for the post of ‘Assistant Central Intelligence Officer’ in the Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India(1996).
