Dr. D. Panduranga Babu is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Department of Kannada Language Studies, Kannada University , India. His research interests includes Socio Linguistics; Strnctuse of Language; Varieties of kannada ; Lexicon. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. D. Panduranga Babu is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
