"Dr. H.D.Prashanth is currently working as a Associate Professor and Deputy Registrar in the Department of Department of Development Studies, Kannada University , India. His research interests includes Community Participation and Decentralization in Development of Quality School Education: With Special Reference to SDMCs and PRIs, Rights Perspective Development: Human Development and Alternative Development, Challenges for Universal Quality School Education and Political Economic of Neo-Liberal Policies, Neo-Liberalism, Neo-conservatism and the Inequalities in Education . He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. H.D.Prashanth is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
