Shri H. K. Khaitan, aged about 59 years, is a Commerce Graduate and is closely associated with the Company for more than three decades and brings with him a vast experience in the administration of industrial enterprises in India and abroad. Shri H. K. Khaitan joined the KCI Board as an Independent Non-executive Director on 9th January 1982. He is the member of the Audit Committee, Finance Committee, Shareholders'/Investors' Grievances Committee and Remuneration and Selection Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. He is Non-Executive Independent Director of the company. Shri H. K.
