Prof. A. Alfred Kirubaraj is currently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical Sciences, Karunya University, India. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Professor. His research has included Design of low power memories Memory testing,Design of 45nm MRAM, Non-Volatile SRAM with MRAM.
