Biography
He is an Professor  for Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Kenyatta University. He received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Molecular Biology from Kenyatta University, in the 2009-2013. He is a graduated in Biochemistry Major from Kenyatta University in the 1998-2002, with an immediate post-graduation in Biochemistry from Kenyatta University in the 2002-2006. He served as Lecturer for February, 2014 in Kenyatta University. He is a recipient of many awards and grants for his/her valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research.2 nd July, 2015 – 3 rd July, 2015: Acting Chairman, Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Kenyatta University Responsibilities: Undertaking all managerial duties of the chairman of the department. 9 th July, 2015 Appointed by the Chairman, Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology as a Member of the Committee on Preparation for Inspection of Medical Biochemistry Programmes by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board (KMPDP. His research interests lie in Biochemical Analysis. He is the Editor-in-Chief/Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise credits him with many publications in national and international journals. He is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through his authorship of many books.
