Biography
Prof. Manvinder Singh, prior to joining KSOM as a senior faculty in Finance & Analytics, has to his credit over 22 years of rich international and national experience in Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions. In his last assignment he was heading the Finance domain at Lift12 Brand Access (BA) India Private Ltd., and was managing the entire Finance portfolio including trade finance with banks, managing VCs, due diligence, banking and treasury, market expansion, capital raising and cash flow. In his corporate experience, his focus areas have been into activities such as origination, financial modeling, creating pitchbooks, due diligence, post deal closure documentation, reducing cost of funds from banks, structured trade finance, M&A advisory, and capital and market listing.
