Biography
Dr. Rakesh Kumar Dixit is Professor in Department of Pharmacology at KGMU LUCKNOW. He completed his senior residency of three years from PGIMER Chandigarh. After this, he worked as Assistant Professor at NGMC Nepal, ELMC Lucknow. He joined present institute in 2002 as Assistant Professor and got promoted to the post of Associate Professor then as Professor in 2006. He has published 150 papers including original research articles, reviews, case reports, letter to editor, book reviews etc. He has published one book regarding MCQs in Pharmacology. He is an editorial board member of three journals and reviewer board member of five journals. He has posted 70 lectures as PPT format in the Authors Stream. He has posted 12 e-lectures in the website of my institute. Under his guidance 7 Ph.D students are perusing their work. He is interested in clinical pharmacology, educational research, and animal experimental pharmacology related to CNS.
