Biography
Dr. Upasana Singh is a post graduate in management and has done her Ph.D from IIT Kharagpur in the area of organizational behaviour. She has six years of experience in teaching. She is faculty Incharge of Faculty Development Programmes, and member of Corporate Training Initiative and Research & Consultancy cell constituted by the University. She has presented papers in number of national and international conferences organized by IIT- Kanpur, IIT Roorkee, XLRI, IIM-A, University of South Australia and Bangalore University. She has published her work in reputed national and international journals. She is member of various professional bodies such as National Academy of Pshychology (NAoP), NHRD and Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD). She has organized national seminars, summits, case writing & research methodology workshops and conclaves in management, HR and entrepreneurship. She is associated with IIT Kharagpur, mentoring cell as one of the mentor. Dr. Upasana Singh has conducted training programs in Communication and Stress management for corporate professional and RAS officers at Rajasthan Institute of Cooperative Education and Management. Presently she is Diploma Programme In-charge of ISTD Jaipur Chapter.
Research Interest
Her areas of research interest are interpersonal and organizational trust, turnover intention and organizational citizenship behaviour.
