Biography
Managing Director, Blue River Capital Advisors (India) Pvt. Limited and Managing Director and Investment Committee Member at ChrysCapital I, LLC and ChrysCapital II, LLC, together comprising India’s largest independent private equity firm with $450 million currently under management. At ChrysCapital, Mr. Khan is involved in virtually every aspect of the private equity business, including fund raising, deal sourcing, representing ChrysCapital on the boards of companies and successfully exiting investments. Prior to ChrysCapital, Mr. Khan was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch International, based in Singapore, working on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions across Asia, including India. He has also worked for Travelers Group (now Citigroup) in various capacities in the United States. Mr. Khan has a B.A., magna cum laude, from University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, U.S.A.
