Biography
Since 2003, she has taught many courses to management, commerce & engineering students at Institutions affiliated with MDU, ICFAI, and Rajasthan University. In addition to teaching conventional management courses like Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HRM & Marketing Management she has also developed and taught several novel interdisciplinary courses like Consumer Behaviour, Advertising & Brand Management, Advanced Marketing and Strategic HRM. Her aim as teacher in an educational organization would be to render the knowledge, experience, and expertise in all aspects starting from organizational management, to policy making to proper molding of students in terms of teaching them the values and principles of life.
Research Interest
HRM- Organisational Behaviour, Strategic HRM, Training & Development, Industrial Relations & Labour Laws.
