Biography
Dr. Anita Pande has done her PhD Geography. Currently she is working as Associate Professor in Kumaun University in Department of Geography. She has successfully completed her Administrative responsibilities as Resource Person for Counselling- UOU, Haldwani, Member- Kumaun University, Nainital External-Flying-Squad, Assistant Dean of Student Welfare, DSB Campus,Kumaun University, Nainital, Assistant Superintendent of Examination, DSB Campus, Kumaun University, Nainital, Examination Committee. Her research interests are Geomorphology & Environmental management. About 18 research papers of her work were published in the leading National and International Journals. She also authored 1 book. She is the Life member of OAKS, Department of Botany, Kumaun University, Nainital, Indian Society of Remote Sensing, Dehradun, The Himalayan Geographical Society, Srinagar, National Association of Geographers (NAGI), New Delhi, Central Himalayan Environment Association (CHEA), Nainital, The Indian Institute of Geography, (IIG), Pune, Indian Institute of Geomorphologists (IGI), Allahabad, Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), Kolkata.
