Biography
Dr. AMARJIT SINGH has received his PhD in History. Currently, he is working as Professor in Kurukshetra University in Department of History. His research interests are Modern Indian History, Muslim Communal Politics and Partition, Punjab Studies. He has authored 4 books. 28 articles of his research were published in the leading National and International Journals. He is serving as an editorial board member of Kurukshetra University Research Journal of Arts and Humanities and Journal of Haryana Studies, Pragti, Research Journal, Social SciencesDepartment, Hindu Kanya College, Kapurthala (Punjab). He is Life member of Indian History Congress and Regular member of the Punjab History Conference.
Research Interest
Modern Indian History Muslim Communal Politics and Partition Punjab Studies.
