Dr. B Prasad has recieved his PhD in Electronic Science. Currently he is working as Professor in Kurukshetra University in Department of Electronic Science. His research interests are Physics of Semiconductor Device & Modelling, Simulation Analog VLSI Design. Several research papers of her work were published in the leading National and International Journals.
