Biography
Dr. Nirmala Chaudhary has recieved her PhD in Management. Currently she is working as Professor in Kurukshetra University in University School of Management. Her research interests are Organization Behaviour and HRM. She has 19 years of rich experience in teaching and research. Several research papers of her work were published in the leading National and International Journals.
