Biography
He joined teaching career in 1987 from a commerce college in Margao and than in Ponda (Goa) immediately after his P G in commerce from Pune University. He came to Directorate of Distance Education, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, after completing his M. Phil from Indore in the year 1991. He shifted to the Department of Tourism & Hotel Management in the year 1999 in Kurukshetra University. During his stay at Kurukshetra University he acquired the degree of Ph. D and FDPM. In his entire career he continued participating in seminars (national & international) and contributed research papers in various journals & edited books of national & international importance. He is regularly involved in guiding research students for M. Phil & Ph. D. His broad areas of research are Organisational Health, HRM, Futurology, Impact & Sustainability Assessment, Customer Satisfaction, Entrepreneurship, etc., in the field of Tourism & Hotel Management & Service Industries.
