Dr. Subhash Chand has recieved his PhD in Commerce. Currently he is working as Professor in Kurukshetra University in Department of Commerce. His research interests are WTO and Agricultural Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Banking and Taxation. Several research papers of his work were published in the leading National and International Journals.
