Biography
Dr. Suresh Kumar has done his PhD Electronic Science. Currently he is working as Professor in Kurukshetra University in Department of Electronic Science. His research interests are Microelectronics, Material Science & Nanotechnology and Semiconductor Devices. 18 research papers of his work were published in the leading National and International Journals. He is serving as an editorial member for Journals like Journal of Materials Sciences and Applications, International Journal of Electronic Design and Test, Indian Journal of Nanotechnology and Applications,. He is the Technical Committee in International Conference “2015 International Conference on Advances in Computers, Communication and Electronic Engineering” March 16-18, 2015 at PG Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Technology University of Kashmir, Srinagar, India, Review Committee in National Conference on “Latest Trends on Electronics and Computational Technology” organised by Department of Physics & Electronics, Jammu University & IETE Jammu Chapter on 20, March 2015, Technical Committee in 6th International Conference on Chemicals Engineering and Application (CCEA 2015), August 27-28, 2015, Hong Kong, Department Research Committee, Deptt.
