Biography
Assistant Professor, he specialized in hotel management and French language. He has published jointly two books “Food service planning” and “Personality development for professionals”. Till date he has published / presented more than ten papers based on primary research. He has attended many international, national conferences, seminars and workshops. His area of interest includes food & beverage service, event management, MICE, human resource, hotel facility planning & developing innovative teaching methodologies
