Biography
Bhupesh Bagga is an alumnus of GSVM Medical College, Kanpur, and has specialised in ophthalmology from the Post-Graduate Institute of Ophthalmology, Rohtak. He completed a fellowship in comprehensive ophthalmology at LVPEI before joining the Institute. He has presentations at various national meets to his credit and is actively involved in teaching and research activities.
