Biography
Subhadra Jalali did her MBBS with distinction (1986) from Jammu University and her MS in ophthalmology (1989) from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, winning the Silver Medal (First order medal). She did a two-year fellowship in general ophthalmology, including one year in the Retina Vitreous Services at L V Prasad Eye Institute (1991-1993). She underwent further fellowship training at the National Eye Institute, Bethesda, USA (1995) in ocular genetic diseases and electrophysiology of vision and posterior uveitis.
