Biography
V Rajashekar completed his Mphil in Health Systems and Hospital Management and Masters in Social Work from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He then did his Diploma in Community Eye Health and a Fellowship in Eye Hospital Administration, from LVPEI, Hyderabad.
