Biography
Mr. Ramesh Subrahmanian is a Non-Executive, Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Bombay. He is also a certified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He has over 25 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and speciality chemicals including 19 years of experience with Sanofi and its predecessor companies (Aventis, HMR, Hoechst AG). He is also the founder and director of Alchemy Advisors, an advisory firm based in Singapore.
