Biography
Krishnan A. is Associate Director – Sales Force Effectiveness, New Product Planning, Market Research, Digital Marketing & Customer Experience at Eli Lilly. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm), and a post-graduate diploma in International Business & Strategy (PGDIBS) from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT). He has more than 18 years of sales & marketing experience in the pharmaceutical space.
Research Interest
Krishnan A. joined Eli Lilly in 2007 as District Manager. After this, he was appointed Sales Head (South India) and subsequently Senior Manager – Marketing (Diabetes Care). In his current role since March 2016, he spearheads the affiliate’s Digital Strategy roadmap & Multi-Channel Customer Engagement model, and also leads Sales Operations, Market Research, New Product Planning & Customer Experience. Prior to joining Eli Lilly, Mr. Krishnan was associated with Pfizer for 8 years in managing multiple therapy areas.
