Biography
Rakesh Upadhyay, Associate Director – Six Sigma at Eli Lilly and Company India, is responsible for driving Organizational Effectiveness and Productivity projects using the Lean Six Sigma & Change Management methodologies across the Indian affiliate & Emerging Markets Business Unit. Prior to his current role he has handled Diabetes Brand Management and Senior Sales Leadership roles over a period of 7 years that he has been with the organization.
Research Interest
Rakesh completed his B.Tech. in the field of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) from DA-IICT, Gujarat and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore.
