Shri. K. J.M Shetty, I.A.S. (Retd.), is the Independent Non-Executive Director of Loyal Textile Mills Limited. He is a retired IAS officer. He has been in the Board since June 2002. He is also the Chairman of the Audit committee and Shareholders grievances committee of the Board of Directors.
