Biography
Shri. Narayanan Kumar is Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He obtained a graduate degree in engineering from the University of Madras. He is a fellow member of the Indian National Academy of Engineering . He is the vice-chairman of the Sanmar Group, a multinational conglomerate headquartered in Chennai, and engaged in the business of chemicals, engineering and shipping. He was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company with effect from July 15, 2016.
