Dutta Munshi Medal†(2007) for outstanding contribution in Fish & Fisheries, Zoological Society of India, Scientist of the Year 2008â€, Bioved Research Society, Allahabad, Elected Recorder for the Section- Animal, Veterinary and Fishery Sciences, of the Indian Science Congress Association for 96th (2008-2009) and 97th (2009-2010) Sessions,Dr. B Chauhan Gold Medal†(2008) for outstanding contribution to the field of Zoology by the Zoological Society of India, Environmental Science Gold Medal†(2009) conferred by the Indian Academy of Environmental Sciences, Haridwar.S.
