Biography
Dr Rahul Narang obtained his MBBS, MD and PhD degree in Microbiology from MGIMS and MBA from YCMOU Nashik. As a faculty for 17 years, he has been associated with major studies conducted at MGIMS- Extra-pulmonary and Pulmonary TB Prevalence Survey in central India, Validation of IGRA and TB LAMP, development of techniques for isolation of NTM from patients and environment , AES and Zoonosis. He has published over 30 papers. He is executive member of IAMM, member of IUATLD, the Union, member of International Working Group on TB Infection Control and Indian National Working Group on NTM.
