Biography
Dr. Subodh S Gupta, a medical graduate from MGM Medical College, Jamshedpur, did MD in Pediatrics from PGIMER, Chandigarh. He is also a Diplomat of National Board in Maternal and Child Health, and Social and Preventive Medicine. A pediatrician by training, he sought a career in Public Health with a firm belief that strong community-based health services should form the backbone of health care delivery. This conviction made him quit Pediatrics and do senior residency in Community Medicine at PGIMER, Chandigarh.
