Biography
L. Ravichandran (Ravi, to his peers) is President and Chief Operating Officer of Tech Mahindra, and is a vital part of the organisation's senior executive leadership team. In a career spanning 37 years, he has played a significant role in building and delivering businesses to many Fortune 500 organisations across the world. At Tech Mahindra, Ravi heads global delivery across all verticals, competencies and geographies. He also plays a critical role in many initiatives including alliances and acquisitions. Ravi's strength lies in creation of new business lines and he is known for his capability to create high performance teams, deliver quality solutions and nurture strong client relationships. Prior to Tech Mahindra, Ravi was COO at Perot Systems, India. He has worked with reputed organisations including Tata Infotech Ltd, where he headed the Application Solutions division and managed client relations, services and delivery of large accounts. Ravi holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and is a distinguished alumnus of the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.
