Biography
Steven A. Davis Former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bob Evans Farms, Inc. Director since 2013 Mr. Davis serves on the boards of directors of Albertsons, LLC, the second largest retail grocery chain in America, and Sonic Corp., the largest chain of drive-in restaurants in America. Mr. Davis served as chairman and chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of Bob Evans Farms, Inc. from May 2006 to December 2014. He also has held a variety of restaurant and consumer packaged goods leadership positions, including president of Long John Silver’s and A&W All-American Food Restaurants. In addition, he served in senior executive and operational positions at Yum! Brands’ Pizza Hut division and at Kraft General Foods. Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago.
