Biography
He is a UGC-NET qualified MBA graduate specialized in Marketing and Human Resource Management. He has 12 years of work experience both in the Industry and academia. Prior to joining MIIM, he has worked with DC school of Management and Technology, Naipunnya International, The New Indian Express and ICICI Bank. Currently he is pursuing his Ph.D in the area of Marketing in Bharathiar Univeristy, Coimbatore. He has attended various Faculty Development Programs including the one at IIM Kozhikode. He is also exposed to various advanced learning management technologies and processes. His areas of interest are Marketing, HR and General Management. Apart from the teaching assignment he is also involved in research, consultancy and Management Development Programs with various organizations in Kerala.
