He is graduate in commerce from M.G University, Kottayam and completed graduation from Deva Matha college, Kurvilangadu. He completed his MBA from Sri Krishna college of engineering and technology, Coimbatiore affiliated to Anna University Chennai. His area of specialization is Marketing and Human Resources. He has also done his Post graduate diploma in Brand Management from ICFAI University, Tripura.

He has 4 yrs of Industry experience with the various Insurance Company as Marketing manager and Assistant Training Manager. He worked for 1 years as Marketing Manager in ICICI Prudential Life insurance, 2 years as Branch Trainer with Tata Aig Life Insurance & 1 year as Assistant Training Manager.
