Academician and Researcher in the field of Nursing with more than 22 years of teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Have fine acumen and expertise for clinical judgement in various fields of Medical Surgical Nursing viz. critical care nursing, cardiac nursing, cardio-thoracic -- vascular nursing, neurological nursing and trauma nursing . Have guided 16 PG students in their clinical research projects. Have written 10 Chapters for IGNOU publications for Critical Care Nursing Programmes. Proactive and smart planner with expertise in curriculum development and implementation. Passionate about teaching and an excellent orator .Skilled communicator and a quick learner with analytic bent of mind coupled with zeal to utilize information technology and enhance ideas,knowledge and skills
