 Biography Currently Heading the department of MAS & Bariatric Surgery) at Artemis Health Institute, Gurgaon. Previous appointments have been at Nova Specialty Surgery, Columbia Asia, Max Super Specialty Hospital and Fortis Hospital. In fact have set up the Metabolic Surgery department at most of the places. Completed graduation from a reputed government medical college, Shri M P Shah Medical College, Jamnagar. In 1998, having a good academic career, I did postgraduate course MS (gen surgery) in 2001. After completing the postgraduate course, I appeared in DNB (Gen Surgery) exam; another postgraduate course conducted by National Board of Examination (under Ministry of health and family welfare) and cleared it in 2002. Have received my formal minimal invasive surgery training in SGRH New Delhi in 2003. And have worked in almost all reputed corporate hospitals with capacity of Sr. Consultant. Having vast experience of highly advanced Laparoscopic surgery and in Bariatric Surgery of approximately 14 yrs, I have operated more than 10,000 surgical cases under my belt in last 15 years of experience.
