Rachin Aggarwal

Biography

Rachin is a healthcare consultant at Milliman's New Delhi office and leads the health actuarial team. He joined the firm in 2008 as an actuarial analyst. Rachin has more than six years of experience in health insurance actuarial consulting, health data analysis, and project management. He has worked extensively on various health product pricing, data analyses, reserving, underwriting, and benchmarking assignments, including tool development and training. He has been involved with assignments for insurance companies in India, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Middle East, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. He has also worked on Milliman proprietary products and tools specifically designed for the U.S. health insurance industry.
